Vacancy for 2 assistant managers reporting to the managing director in a fast pace upscale restaurant and retail outlet in Swellendam.Responsibilities include the day-to-day running of the establishment:

• Supervision of front-of-house staff;
• Ensuring superior customer services;
• Supervision of kitchen;
• Daily cash handling and cash ups;
• Maintenance of retail space and stock control;
• Opening and closing of establishment 
• Working over weekends, public holidays and school holidays
