Collection Supervisor
Our client is looking for someone to lead, guide, develop, support and manage a team of Collectors, while ensuring that key performance requirements are achieved and delivered in line with operational requirements, processes and systems.
Candidate Requirements
Matric
Must have dialler experience, Vision Plus and 3 years supervisory experience as well as experience in a Call Centre/Credit environment. Collections experience would be required.
Retail Collections experience
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A strong track record of consistent performance within Credit Services
