What we are looking for?
We need a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) with genuine leadership potential. This is a remote (work from home) position with exceptional growth trajectory.
Our ideal SDR must be charismatic, incredibly ambitious, technically savvy, with exceptional English skills, and resilient enough to thrive in the high-pressure world of outbound sales.
You should be comfortable with long days of cold calling and have a hunger for success that's unmatched.

$20,000-$30,000.
Key responsibilities include:
Executing high-volume, targeted cold calling campaigns to decision-makers
Managing and enriching prospect lists using tools like Clay.com and our custom automations
Qualifying leads and setting appointments for closers
Nurturing relationships with potential clients through follow-up communications
Mastering our value proposition and competitive landscape
Continuously optimizing outreach strategies for maximum conversion
Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for qualified appointments and sales pipeline
Salary & Growth Opportunities
Base salary dependent on experience + 5% commission on all deals
You'll have the opportunity to earn significant commission from the $20,000-$30,000 annual client value
Additional performance-based bonuses for exceeding targets

You have exceptional English proficiency (native-level or equivalent)
You have a proven track record in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
Suitable work-from-home setup with minimal background noise for professional calls
Strong wifi, good computer/laptop, and quality headset for clear calls

Can work full-time, with flexibility for US time zones
You're comfortable with high-volume cold calling (50+ calls daily)
