Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
Kliënteverhoudings: Verstaan die behoeftes, vereistes en uitdagings van internasionale kliënte.
Vereistesinsamelings: Voer deeglike besigheidsontleding uit om funksionele en nie-funksionele vereistes in te samel, en verseker dat dit ooreenstem met kliëntverwagtings en maatskappydoelwitte.
Oplossingsontwerp: Samewerking met die produkontwikkelingspan om oplossings te ontwerp wat aan kliëntvereistes voldoen. Vertaal besigheidsbehoeftes in tegniese spesifikasies.
Prosesverbetering: Identifiseer areas vir prosesverbetering binne die leningsbestuurproduk, en beveel en implementeer oplossings om doeltreffendheid en gebruikerstevredenheid te verbeter.
Projekbestuur: Bestuur projektydlyne en kliëntkommunikasie om suksesvolle projekuitvoering en -aflewering te verseker.
Kwaliteitsversekering: Werk saam met die QA-span om toetsplanne te ontwikkel en uit te voer, en verseker dat die leningsbestuurproduk aan hoë kwaliteitstandaarde voldoen.
Opleiding en Ondersteuning: Bied opleiding en ondersteuning aan kliënte om hulle te help om die leningsbestuurproduk doeltreffend te gebruik. Hou werksessies en skep gebruikersdokumentasie soos nodig.
Reis: Wees bereid om na die VSA te reis vir kliëntevergaderings, opleidingsessies en projekimplementasies soos nodig.
Minimum Vereistes:
Opleiding: Baccalaureusgraad in Informatika, Besigheidsadministrasie, Finansies, Inligtingstegnologie, Industriële Ingenieurswese of ‘n verwante veld.
Ervaring: 2-5 jaar ervaring as ‘n Besigheidsanaliseerder, verkieslik binne die finansiële dienste of sagteware-ontwikkelingbedrywe.
Vaardighede:
Sterk analitiese en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
Uitstekende kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vermoëns.
Ervaring met leningsbestuurstelsels of finansiële sagteware is ‘n pluspunt.
Vermoë om onafhanklik sowel as deel van 'n span te werk.
Detailgeoriënteerd met ‘n sterk verbintenis tot kwaliteit.
Werkure en Reisvereistes:
Werkure: Bereid wees om tydens USA Central Time Zone besigheid ure te werk wanneer nodig, om naatlose kommunikasie met internasionale kliënte en belanghebbendes te verseker.
Reisvereistes: Bereidheid om na die Verenigde State van Amerika te reis vir kliëntevergaderings en opleidingsessies. Reisfrekwensie sal afhang van projekbehoeftes, maar sal na verwagting hanteerbaar wees en goed gekoördineer word.

Our client was built from the ground up to deliver a complete solution for the complex needs of companies requiring world-class customer service without building their own solution. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at the Pretoria office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing and supporting our loan management product, working closely with our international client base.
This role requires availability during USA Central Time Zone business hours and a willingness to travel to the United States for client meetings and project deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Liaison: Understanding the needs, requirements, and challenges of International Clients.
Requirements Gathering: Conduct detailed business analysis to gather functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
Solution Design: Collaborate with the product development team to design solutions that meet client requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the loan management product, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Quality Assurance: Work with the QA team to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the loan management product meets high-quality standards.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients, helping them effectively utilize the loan management product. Conduct workshops and create user documentation as needed.
Travel: Be prepared to travel to the United States for client meetings, training sessions, and project implementations as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services or software development industries.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Experience with loan management systems or financial software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
Working Hours & Travel Requirements:
Working Hours: Must be available to work during USA Central Time Zone business hours from time to time to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to the United States for client engagements, project kick-offs, and training sessions as needed. Travel frequency will depend on project demands but is expected to be manageable and well-coordinated.
