We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Projects and Maintenance Coordinator to be based in Umhlanga, Kwa Zulu Natal. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Co - Ordination of workload and provide administrative support to the projects and maintenance manager.

You Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years administration experience.
• Microsoft Office experience.

A Bonus To Have:

• Studying towards a relevant degree / diploma.
• Pastel Evolution or Similar Accounting Software experience.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• To manage various workload and project tracker work sheets
• Follow up with various managers to confirm project status and requirements.
• Work with Projects and Maintenance Administrators to receive updates on their workload.
• Receive quotations from Projects Team Members and issue order numbers from the Projects Managers
• order spreadsheet or obtain order numbers from Operations should it exceed a certain amount.
• Work closely with Junior Projects and Maintenance Co-Ordinator to give support and mentorship. Receive
• updates on workload status.
• Oversee the weekly propriety work sheet.
• Ensure team members submit their weekly project workload sheets.
• When required, compile various reports for Projects and Maintenance Manager
• Weekly Reporting
• Ensure monthly expenditure sheets have been compiled.
• Follow up on progress status on all order numbers
• Book flights and accommodation as required.
• Answer the Project Managers calls if he is not in the office and assist where possible or take a message.
• Reply to emails and queries.
• Follow up on payments if necessary.
• Submitting leave through for the team if required
•  Adhoc functions as required
