Are you ready to take on a key leadership role in a global company committed to sustainability and innovation? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team. As a leader in sustainable thermal comfort solutions, we provide a wide range of cutting-edge products for hot water, space heating, and air treatment. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the entire production process while driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within our plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full production process, ensuring that schedules are met and resources are effectively utilized.
Supervise and lead the production workforce, supporting skill development and training, in collaboration with HR.
Monitor production standards and implement quality-control programs.
Adjust production schedules and processes as necessary, to meet changing demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HSE, quality, logistics, maintenance, etc.) to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including implementing production management tools such as 5S, problem-solving methods, and world class manufacturing principles.
Organize routine maintenance and the cleaning of production equipment by the workforce.

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree (or equivalent) with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and motivation.
Familiarity with production management methodologies like 5S, problem-solving, and world class manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of safety and environmental standards applied to production processes.
Basic understanding of core production processes such as stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection, and automation.
Solid foundation in cost and performance accounting.
