Accountant – KyalamiMy client in Kyalami is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Performance Areas:

Financial Management

• Financial control and cash flow management.
• VAT control and E-Filing.
• Journal control and processing of financial transactions.
• Memo and reconciliation tasks.

Budgets & Forecasts

• Planning, compiling, and evaluating financial data.

Reporting

• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Managing financial year-end processes.

General Duties

• Handling any other finance-related functions as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field.
• Additional qualifications in Finance will be an advantage.

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in finance.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial transactions.
• Familiarity with financial regulations (GAAP).
• Advanced computer literacy (Excel, MS Office, and accounting software).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-starter with strong work ethics and reliability.
