Are you a skilled Scrum Master with a passion for data-driven solutions? Join a dynamic team where you'll drive Agile development and lead technical teams in delivering top-tier data solutions.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive team efficiency.

· Guide and mentor a team of data engineers & analysts.

· Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines & ETL processes.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable, high-quality solutions.

· Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and architecture.

What You Need:

· 3+ years BI/Data development (ETL, data pipelines).

· 2+ years leading technical teams.

· Strong SQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL skills.

· Programming knowledge in Python, C# (advantageous).

· Experience in data governance, AI, cloud, and automation is a plus.
