This role is responsible for leading expert teams to provide customized solution design & management, projects delivery and system product development.

Key Requirements

·        Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines

·        15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in team leadership for enterprise application design and deployment (less experience considered for secondary level)

·        Experience in secure issuance of electronic documents such as national IDs, driving licenses, and passports is highly preferred

·        Expertise in application development using on-premises/cloud-based deployment, Openware Software, RESTful APIs, and Kubernetes on various operating platforms

·        Strong knowledge of Flutter, Java, J2EE, C++/C#, .NET, TypeScript, NodeJS, and databases (PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL)

·        Preferred knowledge in information security, including smartcards, PKI, and cryptography
