Our client is a is a leading multi-disciplinary engineering design and project management firm, specialising in innovative solutions for mining projects, from concept stage to commissioning and handover.

They are seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Project Manager – Shafts (Contractor).

Requirements:

·        8 years of Project Management or Construction Management experience within an EPCM environment focused on mining.

·        6 years of coal mine operational experience.

·        Registered with the PMI as a Project Management Professional - PMP

·        GCC – Mines and Works

Responsibilities:

·        Ensure the health, safety, and environmental performance of the assigned project and/or package.

·        Oversee the technical development, design, procurement, and delivery of the assigned construction and supply package/s.

·        Deliver the project and/or package scope, including construction, within the expected timeframe, budget, and quality standards.

·        Identify and manage project and/or package risks while ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and procedures.

·        Manage project and/or package contracts including the primary client contract in accordance with the general contract conditions.
