A leading property management company is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company that is reshaping the property landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, journal processing, and variance analysis.
Assist with year-end audits, liaise with Auditors, and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
Oversee VAT, tax calculations, and regulatory submissions.

Job Experience & Skills:

BCom Accounting or Finance.
5 years’ experience in a financial accounting role within the property industry.
Advanced MDA experience.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
