Our client is a leading healthcare provider, committed to delivering high-quality patient care through innovation and excellence. Are you a finance expert with a passion for healthcare? As their Finance Manager, based in Ladysmith, you'll shape financial strategies that optimize resources, enhance efficiency, and improve patient services.

Duties Include (Not Limited to):

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and reporting requirements
Conduct financial analysis to support executive decision-making
Manage revenue cycles, cost control, and financial risk assessment
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies

Education:

Completed BCom qualification in a related field

Experience:

3+ years’ experience within a similar role
Healthcare experience beneficial
