- At least 8 years of post-SAICA articles experience
Work Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial and IT management within the fruit industry
- Expertise in reviewing commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and transactions
- Experience with international and local audits, including B-BBEE reporting
- Skilled in managing shareholder and contract accounts (Pools)
- Proven ability to manage teams, including motivation and discipline

- Strong analytical skills with a solution-driven mindset
- A proactive, well-organized, and systematic approach to work
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and conflict management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
