Duties:

• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of solar energy projects, from site selection to commissioning.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including Engineers, Technicians, and contractors.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
• Client Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Address client concerns and provide regular project updates.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solar projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues to prevent project delays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in solar project management.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
