Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

·Grade 12 / Senior Certificate

·Trade Tested and qualified as a Panel Beater.

·3-5 Years of experience as a panel beater.

·Should be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

·Perform automotive body repairs.

·Remove and refit automotive mechanical components.

·Perform auto-electrical repair activities.

·Carrying out inspections on bodywork and frames of vehicles to assess extent of damage.

·Disassembling damaged vehicle parts.

·Straightening and aligning frames and unibodies.

·Reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories.

·Replacing or repairing windows, interiors, and exterior trim.

·Filling and sanding bodywork.

·Mixing of Paints in accordance with the correct color codes.
