Duties:

Account Management & Reporting:
- Oversee account management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly management reports for MANCO, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Produce financial reports covering budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expenses.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
- Review, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure financial control.
- Analyze financial data to track performance and provide strategic insights.
Cash Flow Management:
- Actively monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity.
- Provide forecasts and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Shareholder & Co-Owner Reporting:
- Prepare and present co-owner and shareholder reports, ensuring transparency and financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial updates and insights.

This role reports to the Finance Manager.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Accounting
MDA proficiency
7 years relevant property experience
