Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining statutory records and registers in compliance with the Companies Act
- Preparing and filing annual returns, resolutions, and statutory documents with CIPC
- Drafting minutes of meetings, resolutions, and corporate governance documentation
- Ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations and internal policies
- Liaising with directors, auditors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders
- Assisting with share transactions, transfers, and company formations
- Providing guidance on corporate governance best practices
- Handling all administrative duties related to company secretarial functions
- Must be fluent in English with a very good command of the Afrikaans language
- Previous experience in a Company Secretarial / Compliance role is essential
- Qualification in business, law, or corporate governance will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and corporate governance principles
- Experience with CIPC filings and statutory compliance
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
