Hire Resolve's client, a reputable civil construction company specializing in infrastructure development projects, is currently seeking two experienced Construction Managers / Site Agents to join their dynamic team in Cape Town.​

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.​

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, including pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works.​

• Implement and enforce compliance with construction methods as per SANS 1200/GCC standards.​

• Utilize project management software (e.g., MS Project) to plan, monitor, and report on project progress.​

• Lead and mentor site staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.​

• Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships.​

• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed on-site.​

Requirements:

• BEng, BSc, BTech, or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.​

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management on civil projects.​

• ECSA or SACPCMP registration is preferred.​

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software, particularly MS Project.​

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, specifically SANS 1200/GCC standards.​

• Proven experience managing civil construction projects, including pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works.​

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English and Afrikaans.​

• Valid driver's license.​
