What You’ll Do:

Lead and develop a cutting-edge data team to drive strategic decision-making.
Oversee data architecture, analytics, and governance within the organization.
Leverage actuarial insights to optimize data models and risk assessment.
Implement innovative data solutions that enhance business performance.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align data strategy with business goals.

What You’ll Need:

8 to 10 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in the insurance industry.
A numerical Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Actuarial exposure is a strong advantage.
Proven expertise in analytics, data modeling, and leadership.
Ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
