Non-Negotiable Requirements:

â Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations management or a similar role.
â Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
â Strong knowledge of business operations, processes, and performance metrics.
â Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
â Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, or relevant tools.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

ð Develop and implement operational strategies to align with company goals.
âï¸ Analyze workflows, identify areas for process optimization, and reduce costs.
ð ï¸ Oversee team leadership, training, and performance management.
ð Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
ð Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that operational goals are met.
â¡ Proactively resolve operational issues and implement effective solutions.
ð¹ Bonus: Experience in Manufacturing & Fabrication is a plus!
