Are you an experienced Shipping Coordinator with a passion for logistics and supply chain management? Non-Negotiable Requirements:

â Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
â Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
â Ability to react quickly to shipping deviations and resolve issues.
â Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, shippers, and distributors.
â High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

ð¦ Oversee and coordinate local and international shipments, ensuring compliance with company and customs regulations.
ð Monitor shipments to ensure on-time collection and delivery, addressing any delays or issues.
ð Work closely with international distributors to arrange and manage customs clearance.
ð© Provide regular shipment updates to customers and distributors.
ð Negotiate shipping rates and fees with shippers/couriers.
ð Prepare and manage shipping quotes and shipment records.
ð Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to improve efficiency.
