An exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to manage our Linden Branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure you build and sustain above average management skills, specifically in the areas of customer relations, sales and administration.
- Organise, coordinate and control staff functionalities to ensure consistency in the service provided to customers.
- Ensure that branch sales targets are met.
- Ensure you maintain and update the branches customer database.
- Ensure you create customer inactivity reports and follow up with the relevant sales person.
- Ensure that sales personnel are motivated towards providing our clients with superior sales and technical support.
- Ensure your staff are placed on appropriate training courses.
- Ensure you become knowledgeable of the products sold by Regal and that you are willing to be trained in their usage, applications and integration.
- Ensure you report on slow moving stock and ensure the branch keeps redundant stock to a minimum.
- Ensure your stores and stock control is well managed, ensuring stores is adequately stocked to meet normal usages, deliveries meet promised schedules and stock shrinkage is kept to a bare minimum.
- Ensure your stores inform you of any short supply of stock and/or any supply queries/problems. You are to ensure that any discrepancies are resolved quickly.
- Ensure the timeous opening up and closing of the branch each day.
- Ensure that each aspect of the branch operation is kept at a professional level: Tidiness, Displays, Stores, Stock, Staff presentation.
- Ensure you become au fait with the company’s administrative systems to generate all necessary paperwork including credits, RTS’s, GRV’s, delivery notes and management reports.
- Arrange bi-monthly branch meeting with all branch employees – agenda at your discretion.
- Monthly reporting to the relevant management.

- Relevant Degree or similar essential

- Own vehicle and valid Driver's License
