Requirements:
Matric with relevant qualifications
Excellent experience in Event and Party planning
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent Administration skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to to manage a  team
Excellent creative skills
Own transport available

Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of all events and birthday parties
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the venue
Staff management
Health and safety management and overall guest satisfaction
Manage budgets and cost effective planning
Maintain inventory of event supplies, etc.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to boost event bookings and increase foot traffic
