Sales and Customer Service:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.

• Negotiate prices, financing options, and payment plans.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support.

• Must sell a minimum of 8 vehicles. 

Marketing and Lead Generation:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and other marketing activities.

• Maintain an active presence on social media to attract potential buyers.

Product Knowledge and Training:

• Stay updated on the latest models, features, and industry trends.

• Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge of vehicles and financing options.

• Provide customers with accurate information regarding warranties, servicing, and insurance options.

Administration and Documentation:

• Process sales paperwork, contracts, and financing applications accurately.

• Maintain customer records and follow up with leads and past buyers.

• Work closely with finance and service departments to ensure smooth transactions.

Team Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work with other sales team members to achieve dealership targets.

• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

• Assist in inventory management and showroom organization.
