Our client in Sea Point is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to Trial Balance to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or bookkeeping, with at least 5 years of experience handling the full accounting function. A relevant qualification is advantageous, and proficiency in Sage is required for this role. If you have the experience and skills to manage financial records efficiently, we encourage you to apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification is an advantage
5+ years of experience handling the full accounting function
Experience in Sage and advanced Excel

Books to Trial Balance
Reconciliations
Creditors & Reconciliation
Expenses – Reconciliation
VAT – Calculations & Reconciliation
Trust Account Transactions and Updates
Petty Cash – Reconciliation
EMP501 Submissions
Invoicing for All Rental Units
Tenant Statements
Payments and Statements to Owners
Credit Card Reconciliations & Payments
General Financial Queries

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
