About the Role:

A UK-based company is looking for a Junior Finance Manager to support its expanding group of businesses. This role will involve management accounts, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or sales services and thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Management Accounts – Prepare and review monthly financial reports for senior stakeholders.
✅ Forecasting & Budgeting – Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
✅ Cash Flow Management – Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability.
✅ Financial Compliance – Ensure all financial reporting is accurate and compliant with UK financial regulations.
✅ Process Improvement – Identify and implement efficiency improvements within financial processes.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration – Provide financial insights and reporting to support UK-based leadership teams.

Key Requirements:

✔ Finance/accounting experience, ideally within recruitment or sales services.
✔ Knowledge of UK financial reporting standards and compliance (beneficial but not essential).
✔ Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/SAIPA/SAICA preferred but not required).
✔ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data for business decision-making.
✔ Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks).
✔ Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with UK-based teams.
