Hire Resolve's client, a well-established property development company specializing in commercial, industrial, retail, and residential projects, is currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team for a 12 month contract in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in construction management to oversee projects and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to maintain quality and safety standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.

• Manage materials, resources, and logistics to optimize workflow.

• Address and resolve any site issues or delays proactively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction sector.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulations.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
