Our client, a leading South African engineering consultancy with a global footprint, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team in Durban. With a legacy dating back to 1952, they offer multidisciplinary expertise across infrastructure, water, civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering, serving both public and private sector clients.

Requirements:

· Must be registered as a Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng.

· A minimum of 12 years of technical experience, including at least 4 years in a team leadership role, preferably within a consulting engineering firm.

· Expertise in infrastructure design, with a strong focus on roads, earthworks, stormwater, and sewer systems.

· Experience in stormwater management and pump station design (for both sewer and water supply).

· A strong advantage for candidates with experience in municipal engineering, housing infrastructure, and industrial projects.

· Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential, while familiarity with IDAS is beneficial.

· Knowledge of HEC-RAS, GIS, PCSWMM, or similar software is an added advantage.
