Key Responsibilities:

Assist with cash flow management and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3–4 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in property or real estate.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide financial insights.
