Are you a dynamic finance professional looking for your next challenge in a high-growth, fast-paced environment? A leading fintech company is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business growth.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess company performance and identify trends.
Collaborate with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Optimize financial processes and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support strategic initiatives, including market expansion and investment decisions.

Requirements:

Qualified CA(SA) / CIMA / CFA with strong FP&A experience.
5+ years in financial planning & analysis, ideally within fintech, payments, or a fast-growing sector.
Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision-making.
Experience working in a high-growth, evolving environment.
