Lead financial operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee its full finance function. This role is perfect for a hands-on finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and tax requirements.
Oversee cost management, cash flow, and working capital to enhance profitability.
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
Lead and mentor a finance team to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of financial management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
