Financial Accountant – Manufacturing Industry!

Founded in 1954 in South Africa, they began as a small engineering and agricultural equipment repair service and became a giant manufacturing company, established to serve the local community's needs. In the early 1960's, my client started developing its own machinery, introducing innovative products like the tri-wheeled loader in 1964, which gained significant popularity in African markets.

This role reports to the Head of Management Accounting and will assume responsibility for preparing and analysing financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS, budgeting and forecasting. Assist with preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts. For tax compliance, ensure adherence to tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Degree in Accounting
• Syspro advantageous
• 5 years of relevant Manufacturing experience
