They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Financial Manager to lead the financial operation of the company. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, and strategic financial management while ensuring financial integrity, growth, and compliance. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will be based in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Financial management

·        Financial reporting

·        Budgeting & Forecasting

·        Cash Flow & Treasury Management

·        Tax compliance

Experience and Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred)

·        Knowledge of South African accounting principles and financial regulations

·        Advanced analytical skills and leadership abilities

·        Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders

·        High integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism
