Are you a proactive and strategic finance professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? My client is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a leading Fleet Management Solutions Organization based in Johannesburg North.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the CFO to identify business opportunities, optimize operational processes, and contribute valuable financial insights that support key decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the CFO to provide financial leadership and guidance to business operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement systems to optimize business performance.
Advise business units on financial strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Develop and enhance financial models to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Analyse financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Assist with the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor and evaluate business performance, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
Support cross-functional teams in understanding financial implications and driving performance improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in commerce (Honours) with completed articles.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial finance role.
Proven track record of building and implementing financial models that drive business success.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to advise and influence business leaders.
Experience in the vehicle tracking industry or similar sectors is a plus.
High level of proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
