Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities

·         Process quotes, purchase orders (POs), and invoices in Pastel.

·         Open and close job cards, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.

·         Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper documentation and workflow.

·         Liaise with workshop staff to track job progress and ensure timely completion.

·         Handle general administrative tasks, including document filing and record-keeping.

·         Communicate with clients regarding job updates, quotes, and service inquiries.

·         Assist in managing workshop schedules and coordinating necessary resources.

Requirements

·         Matric / Grade 12 qualification.

·         Fluent in Afrikaans & English (written and spoken).

·         Proficiency in Pastel (essential).

·         Experience with Jobsys (advantageous but not required).

·         Own transport (essential).

·         Must reside in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

·         Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
