You will be responsible for conducting research, market analysis, and candidate sourcing and engagement to ensure our clients have access to the best candidates for our retained mandates. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment whilst contributing to the success of our business and helping change the fortunes of our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential candidates, industries, and companies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and professional networks, to attract passive candidates.
Screen and assess candidates to align with client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Manage paperwork, including proposals and briefing documents.
Administer behavioral profiling assessments.
Update campaign details, including video editing, media uploads, and candidate records.
Schedule meetings for potential candidates and consultants.
Attend mandate briefings to initiate the executive search process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.

Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in recruitment research and/or candidate sourcing is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
Strong IT proficiency and adaptability to new tools.
