- In-depth Process, Accounting and Controlling Knowledge.
- Change -, Training- & Project Management.
- Excellent and articulate communicator.
- Ability to influence and engage with authority.
- Strong business acumen.
- In-depth understanding of and prior experience in financial areas e.g. financial accounting and controlling, financial management, cost/overhead controlling & steering.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in global SAP template rollouts
- IT Knowledge (SAP very advantageous)
- Agile methodology experience
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Minimum Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Administration in Accounting, Management Accounting, computer science or business informatics or similar
- Post graduate degree or certification (preferred).
- Chartered Accountant or MBA (very advantageous).
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in relevant commercial or operational roles in financial controlling and/or accounting.
