Hoof Verantwoordelikhede

• Handhaaf ’n veilige, skoon en georganiseerde pakhuis volgens gesondheids- en veiligheidsregulasies

• Toesighou oor voorraadbeheer: van ontvangs tot versending

• Voorkom en verminder skade aan en verlies van voorraad

• Voer gereelde siklustellings en voorraadopnames uit

• Beplan en bestuur logistieke vir tydige en kostedoeltreffende aflewerings

• Verseker akkurate rekordhouding van voorraadtransaksies op rekenaarstelsels

• Onderhou pakhuis-infrastruktuur, toerusting en voertuigvloot

• Lei en ondersteun 'n professionele, kliëntgerigte span

Vereistes

• Matriek (Graad 12) of gelykstaande ('n na-skool kwalifikasie is 'n voordeel)

• Eie betroubare vervoer 

• Minimum twee jaar ondervinding in pakhuis-, logistieke- en voorraadbeheer

• Sterk leierskap- en besluitnemingsvaardighede

• Uitstekende kommunikasie, organisasie en probleemoplossingsvermoë

• Kan onder druk werk en sperdatums haal

• Kennis van gesondheid- en veiligheidsregulasies

• Rekenaarvaardig met Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Bereidheid om langer ure of skofte te werk indien nodig

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Supervisor with a knack for sales to join our team in a key position. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on inventory control, logistics, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse according to health and safety regulations

• Oversee stock control: receiving, storage and dispatch

• Minimize damages, losses and discrepancies

• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic stock takes

• Plan and manage logistics for timely, cost-effective deliveries

• Maintain accurate stock records on computer systems

• Ensure proper upkeep of warehouse infrastructure, equipment and fleet

• Lead and support a professional, customer-focused team

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (post-matric qualification is an advantage)

• Own reliable transport

• At least 2 years of warehouse, logistics, and inventory experience

• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities

• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

• Familiar with health and safety standards

• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Willingness to work extended hours/shifts if needed
