Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury interiors, gifting, and design to effectively assist customers with product selection and offer expert recommendations.
 Provide ongoing training and support to team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Address and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
