This prestigious company is currently seeking a Group Financial Manager to join their dynamic finance team in Johannesburg North. Duties:

Lead the financial consolidation process for the entire group, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other relevant regulations.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of group financial statements for quarterly and annual reporting
Manage and optimise the group’s financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
Take the lead in financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations to the executive team based on consolidated financial data.
Collaborate closely with various business units and divisions to align financial reporting with group-wide objectives.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with a strong academic background and professional credentials.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a group-level financial consolidation and reporting role, ideally within a listed entity.
