Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Financial Strategy: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Enhance Financial Controls: Implement and standardize processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial operations.
Optimize Systems & Reporting: Manage Hyperion and other financial systems to deliver precise, Board-ready reports and risk assessments.
Tax & Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to VAT, tax regulations, and audit requirements, while mitigating financial risks.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor finance staff and partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting (SAICA or equivalent preferred).
3+ years in financial management with experience in IFRS, team leadership, and ERP systems.
