A vacancy exists for a Regional Agent Relationship Manager within Kazang – Micro Merchant Division, Sales in Polokwane.   

The Regional Agent Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key distribution Agents within the Sales region. 

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

• Onboarding new distribution agents into the Kazang regional sales teams.
• Managing existing key distribution agents.
• Supporting distribution agents to enable them to grow their sales bases.
• Hiring/Managing administrators to support the agent base.
• Navigating influential persons in informal distribution businesses and onboarding them.
• Feeding back agent issues and requirements to the broader business.

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met: 

• 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development in an FMCG or Payments company.
• Experience in the peri-urban/rural ‘informal’ economy is a plus.

Technical Skills: 

• MS Office Suite
