- Answering bust switchboard and directing Calls/Message and relaying via email
- Attending to Emails
- Assisting with Data Capturing
- Assisting with Administration duties
- Ordering Office supplies
- Attending to walk in Customers
- Filing
Grade 12
Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans – Verbal and written
Computer literate essential (MS Office)
Pastel highly advantageous
1 to 2 years Reception Office Administration experience
Preferably own transport
