Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Contracts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing contracts for residential and commercial developments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects, while also building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of contract administration for residential and commercial development projects
- Ensure contracts are developed, negotiated, and executed in a timely manner and in compliance with legal requirements
- Oversee the review and approval of contract terms and conditions to minimize risks and ensure clarity
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
