We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Marketing Graduate specializing in Social Media Marketing for our client who is in the property industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads for our properties. This individual will also monitor and analyze social media activity, manage social media platforms, and create compelling content to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our properties
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Create engaging and relevant content tailored for each social media platform
- Monitor and analyze social media activity to identify trends, key insights, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Support and assist with other marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with at least 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and social media
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus
