Key Responsibilities:

• Support dealership service teams with technical and operational guidance


• Oversee warranty adjudication and ensure compliance with OEM policies


• Provide expert technical support for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs


• Identify and coordinate training initiatives for aftersales teams


• Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships


• Work closely with parts distribution teams to ensure availability and efficiency


• Monitor and report on key aftersales performance indicators

Minimum Requirements:

• Diesel trade/technical qualification


• At least 5 years experience in a similar aftersales role within the truck industry


• Strong knowledge of truck service operations, warranty processes, and fleet management


• Willingness totravel extensivelywithin the assigned region


• Fluent inAfrikaans(essential for dealer and customer communication)


• ValidCode 8 drivers license
