Group Technical Lead – Paper & Packaging Industry 🚀Are you a seasoned technical leader in the Paper & Packaging industry? Do you have a passion for optimising people, plant, processes, and systems? If so, we want to hear from you!🔹 Position: Group Technical Lead🔹 Industry: Paper & Packaging🔹 Location: National (Travel required)🔹 Experience: 10+ years in the industry🔹 Qualification: Relevant degree in Engineering/Technical field🔹 Reporting to: COOBudget Controls on a national level and Staff Controls on a national level will be a must HAVE.  

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee and manage technical teams across multiple locations in South Africa.
✅ Provide strategic advice to the COO on operations, efficiency, and business optimisation.
✅ Drive continuous improvement across plants, processes, and systems.
✅ Ensure technical excellence in production, maintenance, and innovation.
✅ Implement best practices for cost reduction, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

✔ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in Paper & Packaging.
