A leading company is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join its dynamic team. This role requires a qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning, with a particular focus on Africa exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage financial reporting and consolidation for operations across Africa.
Lead and mentor a finance team to drive operational efficiency.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
Monitor risk management and internal control procedures.
Engage with stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and investors.

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification is essential.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial management.
Strong exposure to finance operations across Africa.
Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
Excellent knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
