We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Western Cape, Bellville.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Industry: Engineering/Construction

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

•           8+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying

•           Registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PRQS)

•           Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from an accredited, internationally recognized institution or university

•           Strong technical expertise in cost management from project inception to completion

•           Experience managing small to mid-size projects and leading project teams

•           Proficiency in APIC and other relevant project management systems

•           Ability to ensure all deliverables comply with project delivery standards (PDS)

•           Strong understanding of project budgeting, resource management, and quality assurance

•           Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

•           Strong client relationship management abilities

•           Effective communication and problem-solving skills

•           Ability to present solutions professionally and technically competently

•           High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
