Requirements:

· At least 5 years relevant experience

· Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, CCS and Buildsmart

· Understanding of industry standards, construction methods and materials

· Understanding of JBCC contracts

Responsibilities:

· Assess and measure tender documents

· Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates

· Manage and negotiate payments and final accounts

· Measure and evaluate variations

· Ensure compliance with project budgets and provide regular cost updates
